Zane Collins made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Justice should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Zane Collins
Dear Ministry of Justice,
I would like the have the statistics for;
- the total number of respondents in the family court proceedings who enforced to attend Non-Violence Programme per year from 2005 to 2018 - grouped by gender.
- The total cost per person and per total to attend Non-Violence Programmes.
- How many breaches were reported every year - non-compliance with the court order to attend a Non-Violence Programme
Yours faithfully,
Zane Collins
