Dear Ministry for the Environment,
Could you please advise how many Joint Management Agreements have been entered into under s 36B - s 36E of the Resource Management Act 1991 since the section was first added to the Act in 2005? If possible I would also appreciate the names of these agreements, which local authorities and iwi groups they pertain to, and the date they were entered into.

“How many Joint Management Agreements have been entered into under s 36B -
