I request information regarding Housing New Zealand Corporation ("HNZ") owned properties in the area known as Hayes Paddock, Hamilton East, Hamilton.

Hayes Paddock can be defined as the residential area both west of MacFarlane Street, Hamilton East, Hamilton and east of the Waikato River.

I request the following:
1. The total number of properties in Hayes Paddock under HNZ control (whether owned or leased from private landowners).
2. A list of addresses of all those properties including whether each property is owned or leased.
3. Given the age and condition of the properties in Hayes Paddock, whether HNZ has plans to liquidate some or all of the HNZ-owned stock within the area.
