1. How many CM03 letters were issued by ACC between 1 July 2009 and 30
June 2010
2. How many CM03 letters were issued by ACC between 1 July 2016 and 30
June 2017
ACC is working on your request and will be in touch with you as soon as
possible, and certainly by 1 August 2018.
Please note that ACC is not receiving notifications from the FYI website
for your first request (relating to time period July 2009 to June 2010).
ACC will be responding to both requests via your second request on the FYI
