This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Min to read a recent response and update the status.
From: Min
Dear Auckland Transport,
Could you please send me CCTV Footage for 22 Hobson Street, at around 4:00pm to 10:30pm on Sunday 15th July 2018.
It will be for a car (BMW X3) that was parked infront of the store in 22 Hobon Street and has been hit by another vehicle. (A hit and run) I believe this would of been a vehicle (probably a bus) that was parking into the bus bay.
Yours faithfully,
Min

Auckland Transport
Dear Min,
We reference your CCTV footage request relating to a hit and run incident
infront of the store at 22 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD.
The Auckland Transport Operations Centre (‘ATOC’) has reviewed our cameras
and advised we do not hold any footage relevant to your request. The
closest AT cameras are located at the intersections of Hosbson St/ Wyndham
St and Fanshawe St/ Hobson St, however both of these cameras were facing
away from Hobson Street on the given date and times. Your request is
therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the footage requested does
not exist.
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.
If you have any further queries, please contact us on 09 355 3553 quoting
LGOIMA request number CAS-811512-F7H8F7.

Dear AT Official Information (AT),
Is there anything else i could do, of if you know if there are any other surrounding CCTV cameras?
And are these cameras permanently always facing the other way, and not towards Hobson Street?
Yours sincerely,
Min
