Overdue answers
Annie Weston made this Official Information request to Queenstown-Lakes District Council
The request was refused by Queenstown-Lakes District Council.
From: Annie Weston
Dear Shelley Dawson,
The information I've asked for relates to the BREACH OF CONSENT and is not uploaded to eDocs by Council’s own admission.
The reason I have to ask these questions under the Official Information Act through a public forum is because Council has not been accountable and refuses to deal with me privately.
Below are my outstanding questions for Council:
1) Does Blair Devlin have a personal association with the Planner who submitted the fraudulent application for RM130501 (requested on June 15th). You are more than two and a half months overdue on a matter that Tony Avery discussed with Blair Devlin two years ago. Are you waiting until he leaves so you can say that you can’t ask him?
2) Please can I see the report on inconsistent decisions by QLDC as they relate to RM130501 required under the Local Government Act (requested on July 25th).
3) Who is responsible for the decision of deliberately allowing the fraud to occur at my expense (requested on Aug 5th).
Yours faithfully,
Annie Weston
