Dear Queenstown-Lakes District Council,
Under Section 21 of the LGOIMA 1987 I would like to see please the policies, principles, rules, or guidelines that allow a middle managerial public servant to disregard the RMA and the District Plan Rules and favour a fraudulent resource consent application (RM130501) submitted by persons known to him, over my affected person rights.
