Dear Wellington Regional Council,
Following publication in the media about safety check failures for Go Wellington buses I would like to get insight into the nature of those safety failures.
Could you please send me a list of the safety failures for each Go Wellington bus as picked up by the Police during their safety checks over the months of April and May 2013 (up to the date of my request)?
Could you also please send me a list of safety issues or concerns picked up by the Wellington Regional Council as part of their regular monitoring activities of the wellington bus services over the past 6 months?
Finally, could you please send me a list of safety issues or
concerns pertaining to Go wellington buses, raised by the public through the Metlink Service line over the past 6 months?
If you have any queries related to my requests, please contact me via email.

Dear Tertia,
Thank you for your partial reply to my OIA request regarding GoWellington buses. I noted that you have forwarded my question to NZTA for answering, but since your email I have heard nothing.
Although I am not aware of the exact date the forwarded request was received by NZTA I believe the 20 days response time should have lapsed by now.
Could you please let me know where this is at?
Please note that I will send a complaint to the Ombudsman if I haven't heard from either NZTA or you by Friday 12 July.
Yours sincerely,
Rutger Keijser
