I refer to your request which we received on 7 October 2018, regarding the
link to the video submission to the Auckland Unitary Plan Independent
Hearings Panel.

 

In order to respond to your request, I have consulted with the Hearings
team and I have been advised that there were no video's taken at the
Unitary Plan hearings. Therefore, in accordance with section 17(e) of the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the
information you have requested cannot be provided to you on the basis that
it does not exist or despite reasonable efforts to locate it cannot be
found.

Please supply the following under LGOIMA:

 

A link to the video submission to the Auckland Unitary Plan Independent
Hearings Panel by Anthony Giles Bramwell, representing Hobsonville Land
Company (HLC), submission numbers 3859/75 and FS29, in respect of topic
080 rezoning and precincts. This specifically refers to the rezoning of
Bomb Point.

 

The written documentation is dated 17 December 2015; I have a copy of this
written submission but wish to see its presentation to the Panel.
