Thank you for your email of 3 December 2018 to the office of Minister Iain Les-Galloway requesting 
the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
Any and all correspondence between you or your Ministry or your staff and Culturesafe NZ Ltd or 
any of its agents between September 23, 2017 and todtty, November 3, 2018. 
Your request was transferred to The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment from the office 
of the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety on 5 December 2019.
I am writing to advise you that the Ministry wil  provide a response but needs to extend the time 
available to answer your request. The Ministry's response will be sent to you no later than 14 March 
2019. 
The reason for the extension is that consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such 
that a proper response to the request cannot be made within the original time limit. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of our decision to extend 
the time limit. Information about how to make a complaint is available at

The Ministry will respond to you sooner if we are able to.
