Dear Dunedin City Council,

My preference is to receive the requested information by email.

The issue of whether Cr Whiley has a conflict of interest in relation to dog control matters has been raised on multiple occasions. It has been persistently ignored.

Accordingly I have been requested by members of the Dunedin Dog Bylaw Group to ask:
(a) If Cr Whiley sought advice from the Auditor-General concerning whether a conflict of interest existed, and how it should be managed if it did.
(b) If advice was sought, a copy of the document presenting the information on which the Auditor-General was asked to decide.
(c) A copy of the response provided by the Auditor-General
