I made an OIA request last year asking if you knew criminal acts as defined by the Crimes Act 1961 ss66, 255, 256 and 257 were taking place at MSD. I still have received no response from you.

Also I made an OIA asking if suitable apologies and compensation would be paid to those who had unlawful actions used against them. The reply was that no decision had yet been made.

The issue is wider than false names on documents Minister Sepuloni. As a child I was sexually raped leaving me with PTSDtriggered by being over powered or rights abused. I have repeatedly informed Ministers, SSC, MSD of this yet the abuses continue to harm my mental health. The raping my right to lawful and moral treatments by MSD is a serious issue. It is about more than names. It is about serious allegations of wrong doing that were refuted in writing being used as if a trial had taken place and I was found guilty. That is not the case. It means MSD has treated a person as if guilty when innocent until guilty is how we work herein NZ. They then treated me for years as if I were guilty and even after receiving written refute of allegations. Staff treated me to lies and deception because their boss used lies and deception. I was bullied and abused and every day on TV we see adverts about abuse and bullying. Is that a double standard joke Minister Sepuloni? Are we just paying lip service to mental health issues or are really serious about reducing mental health harms because if we are serious about that the actions and or lack of actions by those in authority over this unlawful criminal deceit that occurred at MSD speaks volumes. What a nonsense re mental health and it clearly explains why NZ almost leads the world in negative stats in that area! Our own Ministers and SSC failed in their protection of me and other NZ citizens.

1. Is MSD considering compensation and apologies for those who had unlawful and criminal actions used against them as defined by our Crimes Act 1961 ss 66, 255, 256 and 257?

2. When may I have a response to the OIA request made last year regarding aware of criminal activity as defined by crimes act at MSD.

3. When do you expect to have an answer about apologies and suitable compensations for the serious abuse that has taken place?

After being raped as a child I did not expect criminal action and immoral actions from my own MSD. The built in protections failed me. SSC should have acted immediately and chose to allow the continuance.
