Updating the Journey Planner in real time

Dear Auckland Transport,
This is a LGOIMA request regarding the journey planner on the AT website and app.
As I understand it, currently the journey planner cannot be updated in real time if certain services cannot be run. For example, if trains are not running due to a fault or a strike, they will still show on the journey planner.
I would like to request any information and documents regarding plans to update the journey planner to include this functionality.
