Regarding the Native Kiwi that the NZ Department of CONservation staff have poisoned to death on

23 Nov 2001:
Explain the legal loopholes you use to not only allow staff and contractors to do this planned and repeated torturing to death of Aotearoa’s National Bird but also to be paid by New Zealand Tax Payers to do these disgusting crimes.
Explain how many days or weeks from ingestion it takes for these birds to bleed to death from every orifice.
Provide the photos and field notes of these torturing activities and the results thereof.
Provide the procedures of disposal and costs of disposal of these Native birds.
Provide the type and cost of any counselling that DOC staff or contractors were given following these planned and repeated crimes.
Provide a list of the prosecutions (if any) DOC has handed out to the people who oversaw or took part in these repeated and planned killings.
Provide the comprehensive list of all Native Kiwi that your organisation has killed with toxins, vehicles and ALL other means.
