I would like copies of internal communications (such as, but not limited to, "internal only" updates on ticket tracking or problem management systems, internal e-mails, memos, records of discussions etc) relating to requests made and feedback given by me (Michael Fincham) to Metlink by e-mail, phone and Metlink website contact form since after the "new bus system" changeover date in July 2018.

I would also like copies of any policies or guidance which may have been issued to Metlink's representatives as to the way in which responses to inquiries and feedback are composed generally, and any documentation around policies or processes by which decisions are made as a result of feedback.

To make things easier, there should be correspondence related to at least:
