The request was successful.
From: Jack Webb
Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade,
Good morning. I would like to request information about the process for granting diplomatic agrément to incoming ambassadors and high commissioners to New Zealand.
In particular,
1) I realise these may not exist, but I would like a copy of any official guidelines or other document of the process for responding to these requests.
2) Are statistics available on the number of requests approved and denied?
3) What kind of information is customarily compiled about a prospective ambassador or high commissioner before responding to a request?
Yours faithfully,
Jack Webb
