Including but not limited to:
- EQC Scope of works and revisions
- Claims and settlements,
- Technical reports including Geo technical, Structural engineering and assessments in their entirety

requested that the Earthquake Commission (EQC) make available to you all
the property information held and relating to 16 Royleen Street.
Your request is being considered under the Official Information Act 1982.

more information from you, and a proper response cannot reasonably be made
within the original time limit (as per section 15A(1)(b) of the Official
Information Act).
