I am requesting all the property information held and relating to 16 Royleen Street, Casebrook under the Official Information Act 1982.

Including but not limited to: 

- EQC Scope of works and revisions

- Claims and settlements, 

- Technical reports including Geo technical, Structural engineering and assessments in their entirety

Dear Mr Bolton

 

Thank you for your request for information received on 7/03/2019  You
requested that the Earthquake Commission (EQC) make available to you all
the property information held and relating to 16 Royleen Street.

 

Your request is being considered under the Official Information Act 1982. 
EQC is processing your request, but requires an extension to the timeframe
in order to answer your request.  An extension is required as we require
more information from you, and a proper response cannot reasonably be made
within the original time limit (as per section 15A(1)(b) of the Official
Information Act).

contacting 0800 DAMAGE (0800 326 243) and ask to be put through to the OIA
Team.

 

You will receive a response by 19 April 2019.
