a. How much ACC has paid each of the above assessors (in $50,000 bands) for each year for the last 5 years.
b. How many ACC clients were referred to each of the above assessors ( in bands of 50 clients) for each of the last 5 years.

We have been very specific in our request by naming the doctors involved and specifically identifying what information we are seeking from ACC for each of the last 5 years for each of those doctors.

We were told we would receive a response to this request by November the 30th at the latest. We still have no reply.

Acclaim - You should be reviewing this to the Ombudsman to request a review of this request. This is completely remiss and incompetent by ACC at the very least if not intentionally evasive.
They are legally supposed to inform you of this option/avenue (much less get their response to you on time!)
