* all expense information (including but not limited to credit card statements, invoices, reimbursement forms and receipts) for business expenses incurred by your CEO for the period 1 January 2012 to 31 March 2012.

In anticipation of any attempt to refuse on privacy grounds, or to charge, I direct your attention to the Ombudsman's newly-released guideance on "Chief executive expenses" (http://www.ombudsmen.parliament.nz/image...), which states that "in most cases, chief executive credit card statements and expense reimbursement claims should be made available with the minimum necessary redactions and at no cost to the requester."
