We refer to your OIA request of 30 July 2012 requesting a copy of
AgResearch’s submission on the Law Commission’s review of the OIA, and all
drafts, advice, and internal communications (including emails) relating to
that submission.

 

We attach a copy of the submission made by AgResearch, which is also
available on the Law Commission website.   We also attach a copy of
internal communications (emails) which were between the PA to AgResearch’s
Chief Executive, the relevant Executive Managers and AgResearch’s in-house
legal counsel in relation to that submission. There are no drafts or other
advice.

 

I am obliged to advise you of your right to complain to the Office of the
Ombudsmen if you are unhappy with any response by AgResearch to your OIA
request
