Dear Auckland Council,

I have raised the issue of council contracting to non existent or non identifiable groups in the past and it would appear that Auckland council prefers to ignore this issue. I have previously raised the issue of council contracting to AWINZ which did not exist,council prefers to overlook it and not even learn lessons from this .

Once again I come across a lease to a non existent/unidentifiable party and a publication released to the public for consultation which has conflicting information in it as to the identity of that group/ person.

I am referring to the Takapuna Beach Holiday Park
In your consultation document draft reserve management plan 2012 the holiday park is referred to as

Takapuna Beach Holiday Park Incorporated page 88

A search of the incorporated societies and company register reveal that there are no registered legal entities by that name in existence and never have been .

By way of LGOIMA please provide the lease for this property so as to identify who the camp ground is leased to .

and docuemnts relating to the

1.the tendering process for the granting of teh lease
2. due dilligence which council undertook before issuing the contract.

This is a serious matter as Council has a duty to ensure that the parties contracting to council and using public resources are identifiable.

Due to the public concern and events relevant to this issue I request this under urgency.
