committed by immigrant men in NZ in their first 2 years in NZ.
I request this to be broken down into migrant and refugee categories and I
require the data for each year from 2000 to present.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Thanks for your request dated 12 April 2019 for the following information:

“data relating to charges of sexual abuse/sexual assault committed by
immigrant men in their first 2 years in NZ. I request this data to be
broken down into migrant and refugee categories and I require the data for

Police does not hold data on residency status and/or length of time in New
Zealand, therefore, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with the
requested information. (Please refer to section 18(g) of the Official
Information Act).
