Dear Wellington City Council,

Under the OIA, I would like to know the following:

1. Who is responsible for approving (and/or controlling) advertisement spaces in Wellington City?

2. More specifically, how can I find out, given an address, who is responsible for the advertisement material?

3. Who is responsible for the cleaning up of the space and vicinities?

4. Who should be contacted to complain about the advertisers leaving the neighbouring houses dirty?
