Dear Mr Luke
On 2 September 2019 you made an Official Information Act request to the
Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) asking questions
about the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board (Board). On 30
September 2019, MBIE transferred your request to Board for response.
In your request to MBIE, you wrote:
“You have 14 member industry Stakeholder Liaison Group, may I know the
name of these group, also the member within the group. Are these paid
liaison group or community based?
I also under the Board have 4 meeting with the liaison per year, may I
have the relevant papers and minutes for the most recent 4 meetings.”
In answer to your request:
· The group is simply called the Stakeholder Liaison Group.
· The current membership of the group is
- James Smith
- Mike Wilson
- Mike Gooch
- Richard Kemeny
- Michael Hartstonge
- Sam Tyson
- Ross Wakefiled
- Graeme Garchow
- Mark Barrett
- Greg Wallace
· Members of the group are paid for their time when attending the
meetings at the rate of $300 for the day and their travel is also paid
for.
· The only papers prepared for the meetings are agendas and the
last four agendas are attached to this email.
