Dear Department of Internal Affairs,

I am a beneficiary of this particular marae and I have been trying to obtain a charter through various channels for the last 9 months. They have all been unsuccessful, Your help in procuring a copy of this would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the Department of Internal Affairs does not hold the information you are requesting.

I have spoken with a representative of the Whangârei-Taitokerau District Maori Land Court, and they have asked that you contact them directly and they will see how they might be able to help you with the issue. https://www.maorilandcourt.govt.nz/conta...

They also provided a reference for you to list in order to assist them to help you more quickly. The Marae you are interested in is listed as Waipoua Block 2B, with reference number 2B3D2A2B2C.
