Dear Auckland Transport,
Could you please provide the cctv footage fin the in Redoubt Rd/Hollyford intersection.
The accident happened on 13/09/2019, around 17:20. Our truck LPL409 and third party's vehicle KMU159 were both on the Hollyford Rd, waiting for turning right into Redoubt Rd.
Accident happened when signal changed to green and both of us started moving.
Could you please provide the footage of the CCTV at the intersection at the time between 17:00 to 18:00? So that we can provide it to the insurance company and confirm the liability.

Drive intersection on 13/09/2019, around 17:20. I am sorry to hear of your
accident.
We don't hold any footage relevant to your request because we only hold
footage for up to seven days. Footage from 13 September 2019 had already
been overwritten at the time of your request on 15 October 2019. Your
request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Local Government
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the footage
requested does not exist.
