Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,`

 

On correspondence dated 10 October 2019, REF: OIA-5852, you wrote:

 

"The NZ Transport Agency is currently commissioning a business case which
we are funding (through the Huntly Section of the Waikato Expressway).
This will determine the future function and form of the existing State
Highway 1 (SH1) from Taupiri through to the Northern Interchange of the
Huntly Section of the Waikato Expressway."

 

Following on from this information I would ask, as part of the business
case development, have NZTA meet with anyone, or asked for input from any
of the following organisations:

 

Waikato Regional Council

Waikato District Council

Huntly Community Board

Business and Professional Women Club Huntly

 

Or any other business organization connected to Huntly ?

 

If they have asked for input / contacted any of these organisations, could
you also please supply who this person (or team) was.
