memos, aide-memoire and any other documentation (including correspondence
via letter, email, text, iMessage, WhatsApp and any other forms) regarding
the impact/anticipated impact of the already enacted and to-be-enacted
legislation relevant to the racing industry on problem gambling, gambling
harm and any associated harm to people in New Zealand.

This application includes any communication between the Ministry of Health
and the following government agencies
1. Department of Internal Affairs
2. Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet
3. Treasury
4. Te Puni Kôkiri
5. Ministry of Pacific Peoples
6. Ministry of Social Development
7. Racing Industry Transition Agency (formerly New Zealand Racing Board)

If it is possible for you to narrow the scope of your request by
identifying a time frame (e.g. within the last year), this will help us in
finding the information in scope of your request.

Please note any clarification or amendment of a request is considered to
be a new request for the purpose of calculating the maximum statutory
timeframe for response—see section 15(1AA) of the Official Information
