For all buildings whose ratepayer name is "DCC City Property" in the rates information (for example the Dunedin Public Art Gallery & the Moray Place library building):
Could you please scan or photograph, and then send through, the latest documentation showing the status of fire safety and sprinkler checks for those buildings?

Dear Nicolas
I refer to your request for information relating to fire safety
documentation received by the Council on 1 October 2013 and our telephone
conversation of today. As per our discussion I advise that pursuant to
section 14(1)(a) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987 an extension of 20 working days is required because your request
is for a large quantity of information and meeting the original time limit
would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the Council.
You are entitled to seek a review of this requirement for an extension by
the Office of the Ombudsmen.
