What is their current term of appointment. What is their role description and how much they have been paid? Have they been received any benefit beside their meeting fees, eg, travel cost paid by the University.
How can public express of their interest to join the panel and how was the University call for express of interest last time?

Dear Mr Luke,
I refer to your email of 31 December 2019. The University of Auckland
Foundation and the University of Auckland School of Medicine Foundation
are separate entities from the University of Auckland, and the information
requested about them is not held by the University. The names of their
board members, and some of the other information requested appears to be
readily available online however.
The Board for the “For All Our Futures” campaign is composed of members
appointed by the University on an unpaid basis for the period of the
campaign. There are no calls for public expressions of interest. Short
biographies of the Board members are readily available online:
