“I would like to have the following information about the Advance
Passenger Processing (APP) system:

 

1. What is the detail process that the airline staff uses APP system to
check if a passenger is able board a flight for travel to New Zealand?

2. What information is collected from the APP system?

3. What information will the airline staff sees from APP system?

4. How long this information will be kept in the system?

5. If the passenger holds a visa or New Zealand citizen endorsement, will
the airline staff sees which types of the visa or citizen endorsement?”

criteria under Section 12 of Official Information Act 1982, however have
not yet received a response from you. Due to a lack of evidence we are
