The information you have requested is court information and is not subject to the Official Information Act 1982, as per section 2(6) of the Act/Privacy Act 1993 as per section 2(1)(b)(vii). This is because the Courts and judiciary are not part of the Ministry and are independent of the executive branch of the government.
