This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.
From: y mukish m yelanchezian
Dear University of Auckland,
Please provide the following information for international FY and graduate entry category applicants to the Medical (MBChB) program at UoA for 2015-2019 entry:
(1) Number of international seats available
(2) Number of applicants interviewed (how many FY and how many graduates)
(3) Interview GPA cut-off for international applicants (how many FY and how many graduates)
(4) Lowest core GPA for successful international applicants (for both FY and graduates)
(5) Highest core GPA for unsuccessful international applicants (for both FY and graduates)
Yours faithfully,
mukish

Dear Mukish
I refer to your request of 29 March 2020. The information requested for
2016-2019 has been provided in the attached Excel spreadsheets, with notes
on the second sheet. Also note that the Interview GPA/GPE cut-off data
requested is not officially recorded per se as part of the University’s
admissions process, and so this statistic has been reported based on the
lowest 4 core optimal GPA for International First Year students invited
for an interview, and the lowest GPE value for the Intl-Grads invited for
an interview. Some data about individual applicants has been provided in
ranges to protect their privacy under section 9(2)(a) of the Official
Information Act. In addition, we cannot now provide the 2015 data without
substantial collation or research, and, as consulting with you, extending
the time limit, or imposing a charge would not enable this part of your
request to be granted, we unfortunately must refuse it under section 18(f)
of the Official Information Act. You have the right to make a complaint to
an Ombudsman about this response.
Yours sincerely
Rebecca Ewert
