is incomplete. For example it does not list the locations of the speed cameras that are inside the SH20 waterview tunnel.

may be held by the NZ Transport Agency.
This part of your request has therefore been transferred to the NZ

Act 1982 which has been transferred from NZ Police to Waka Kotahi NZ
Transport Agency on 16 June 2020.

The request was for the GPS coordinates of ALL speed cameras in New Zealand, and using the waterview tunnels as an example of ones that aren't listed on a particular website. Can you please provide a list of all speed cameras and their GPS coordinates.
