I am making this request under the Official Information Act. We have received notification that a report furnished to us must be read in conjunction with AMI Canterbury Earthquake Reconstruction
(ACER) Project – Master Agreement with Arrow International (NZ) Ltd dated 30th January 2012. I request a copy of this master agreement.
