Formal Record of Death Threats
Anthony Jordan made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
The request was partially successful.
From: Anthony Jordan
Dear New Zealand Police,
1/ In reference to the statements made in http://tinyurl.com/n3caqes and statement provided
in reply 7 June 2013, would this imply no complaint has been made
2/ If the NZ Police are approached and 'Involved' in safety matters
such as the one the Accident Compensation Corp refer to in their
letter dated 30 April 2013 (https://fyi.org.nz/request/813/response/...
) i.e. Harassment, Death Threats and threats towards their
families. Would it be normal procedure of the NZ Police to make a formal system
record of such discussions, or contact, for future Police reference
in case any of these threats were to be carried out?
Yours faithfully,
Anthony Jordan
