To be absolutely clear, There were a number of complaints to TDHB about Mahi a Atua, Te Kuwatawata, Te Kura Huna, Dr Diana Ranginui-Kopua and others, in regard to the single point of entry to mental health services, and related matters.
We request copies of all the complaints, and all the information about the complaints.
