Good afternoon.

I am writing in reference to your official information request to the CAA

DECISION

 

We have decided to grant your request. Please find enclosed the requested
information.

 

The severity of occurrences in the report of incidents have been
classified into Major (MA), Minor (MI) and Critical (CR). Please note that
we have withheld personal identifiable information from the attached
document on the basis of section 9 (2) (a) of the Official Information
Act, to protect that privacy of natural persons. We do not consider that
in the circumstances of this particular case, the withholding of this
information is outweighed by other consideration which render it
desirable, in the public interest, to make the information available.

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
the above decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available
