Dear Thames-Coromandel District Council,

Under the Official Information Act, please supply the following;

1/ A full list of all third parties the Thames Coromandel District Council (TCDC) provides with, or allows access to, information relating to ratepayers within TCDC databases, aside from information published on TCDC website and including but not limited to Govt Agencies, third party associations, not for profit and community groups.

2/ Please provide details as to whether each of the listed entities are able to access this information directly from TCDC - ie. provided on request, password protected intranet access and/or if data is supplied or shared via any alternative method and means of reporting including how they access the data and if there is a cost.

I look forward to acknowledgement of this request and confirmation under the Act along with a timeframe in which to supply.
