Good morning Matthew

I trust you are well

Looking at the request for information, please are you able to narrow down
your request to a specific subject/piece of information you are after (for
example; what gives a PO his/her powers).

The reason for this is that the training programme developed consist of
multiple parts and majority of it is Commercially sensitive thus the
better we understand your requirement, the bestter we can assess what
information we are able to grant/decline.

I look forward to your response

Kind Regards
Chris

Their handling of this response is complete and utter B/S and I am so not suprised to see Nicole have a hand in it. I don't know why, but she withholds information that her colleagues release so she clearly missed the training (by AT) and lacks any understanding of the Act and it's principles.

The enforcement guidelines can not be commercially sensitive, Auckland Transport doesn't compete with anyone else for the purpose of issuing these infringement notice. They are the enforcement agency.

In addition (and feel free to use my name) they have released the entire enforcement guidelines in PDF form to me without any redactions in the recent past.
