Dear Auckland Transport,
I am looking for CCTV footage of the Dominion Road/Valley Road/Walters Road Intersection between the following times:
17:00- 17.20 on Monday 15th February 2021.
This is in regards to an accident that occurred on the Walters Road side of the intersection. It may be possible that one of the vehicles was speeding through the intersection. We would like the information for insurance purposes.

CCTV footage has been saved
On 15 February 2021 you asked for CCTV footage at the Dominion
Road/Walters Road/Valley Road intersection for 15 February 2021 from 17.00
to 17.20.
I'm sorry to hear about your accident.
Footage has been saved from the CCTV camera in the area, specific to your
request. As you can see from the image below, the camera was facing down
Dominion Road, which means that no incident has been captured.
When a CCTV request is received, we try to protect the privacy of other
people captured in the footage. Our usual steps are to provide this
footage directly to the Police as to not interfere with any current
investigations.
Please contact the New Zealand Police with the case number
(CAS-303468-R1X3G4) and they can request this footage from us. We will
release this to them.
We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
