From: Tristan Braxton
Dear New Zealand Post Limited,
I am trying to sort a refund for a parcel sent from overseas which according to one of your telephone staff had the wrong address so was sent back to original sender in the states. The sender assures me it had the correct address but according to your rep after looking at a photo of the parcel it had unit 4-5 Tilford st, woolston chch. (No such address so sent back)
Address should of been unit 4- 54 tilford st. Tracking no is DP986920025NZ. I need a copy of the photo of the parcel to prove to the original sender that it was incorrect, look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Tristan Braxton

Hi Tristan
Please find attached a copy of the parcel that was addressed to you. Based on your correct address this does appear to have been misaddressed by the sender.
