Dear New Zealand Police,

 

I am making an OIA request for information regarding the number of
prosecutions of parents after an infant death in Aotearoa for the years of
2016 and 2017. Specifically I would like to know how many prosecutions
there were, whether it was the mother, father, or both who were
prosecuted, and what the ethnicity of those prosecuted were.
