John Jacobson made this Official Information request to Chris Hipkins
The request was successful.
From: John Jacobson
Dear Chris Hipkins,
Thank you for your reply of 18 May 2021 to my earlier OIA request about certification of Covid-19 status (https://fyi.org.nz/request/15163-cabinet...).
Please provide the following information:
(a) the titles of all papers (advice, memos, aide-memoires, etc) you have received which are either solely about, or incorporate content relating to, the topic of how a person might provide proof or certification of either having been vaccinated against Covid-19, or otherwise having Covid-19 antibodies.
(b) the dates on which each of the papers identified within (a) above were received.
(c) the originating department or agency that provided each of the papers identified within (a) above.
(d) the dates (from 1 November 2020 onwards) on which you received any oral briefings from officials on the topic of how a person might provide proof or certification of either having been vaccinated against Covid-19, or otherwise having Covid-19 antibodies.
For the purposes of section 12 of the OIA, I am a New Zealand citizen living in New Zealand.
Yours faithfully,
John Jacobson
