Dear Chris Hipkins,
This is an Official Information Act request. Please provide the following information:
(a) the titles of all papers you have taken to Cabinet, or any Cabinet Committee, which are either solely about, or incorporate content relating to, the topic of how a person might provide proof or certification of either having been vaccinated against Covid-19, or otherwise having Covid-19 antibodies.
(b) the dates on which each of the papers identified within (a) above were taken to Cabinet or Cabinet Committee.
(c) the date on which you intend to publish each of the papers identified within (a) above, in line with Cabinet Office Circular 18(4).
For the purposes of section 12 of the OIA, I am a New Zealand citizen living in New Zealand.
