Thank you for your email received 13 April 2021 in which you submitted an Official Information Act request to the Hon Chris Hipkins, Minister for COVID-19 Response. You have requested:

(a) the titles of all papers you have taken to Cabinet, or any Cabinet Committee, which are either solely about, or incorporate content relating to, the topic of how a person might provide proof or certification of either having been vaccinated against Covid-19, or otherwise having Covid-19 antibodies.

(b) the dates on which each of the papers identified within (a) above were taken to Cabinet or Cabinet Committee.

(c) the date on which you intend to publish each of the papers identified within (a) above, in line with Cabinet Office Circular 18(4).

Pursuant to section 15 (1) of the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no later than XX XX 2021 being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request within this timeframe, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
