From: Robert Aikman
Dear Auckland Transport,
Please provide full information regarding reaching an agreement with property owners for the footpath rehabilitation between 33-39 Kohimarama Rd, Kohimarama.
Below is the email from AT that this refers to:
"AT’s Road Maintenance Central team has budgeted and planned for completing outstanding works, within the road corridor, at 35 Kohimarama Rd this financial year.
We apologise for the long delay, however attempting to reach agreement with the property owners has contributed to this delay, AT was unable to proceed or take any action on this matter due to this. The Covid budget constraints in the last financial year also had an impact on this matter.
We are unable to share any legal documentation regarding the efforts to obtain approval from the relevant property owners as this is legally privileged information between the legal parties and property owners involved in this matter."
Yours faithfully,
Robert Aikman
