This is a request for documents relating to DPMC’s programme for the introduction of COVID-19 vaccine certificates for domestic use. An earlier OIA request on this topic yielded a DPMC scoping report dated 9 April:

I take it from recent media reporting that DPMC’s work in this space has advanced since then, and I would therefore like to request:
1) Copies of all briefings to Cabinet or any minister that deal with the topic of COVID-19 vaccine certificates for domestic use, dated since 9 April.
2) Copies of all other reports generated by DPMC that deal with the topic of COVID-19 vaccine certificates for domestic use, dated since 9 April.

Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request, which
was partially transferred from the Department of the Prime Minister and
Cabinet to the Minister for COVID-19 Response on 27 September 2021. You
requested:
“ 1) Copies of all briefings to Cabinet or any minister that deal with the
topic of COVID-19 vaccine certificates for domestic use, dated since 9
April. ”
I have decided under section 15A of the Act to extend the time limit for
deciding on your request by an additional 20 working days. Consequently,
the new date a response to your request is due will be 23 November 2021.
The extension is required because of the consultations needed to make a
decision on your request. Despite the extension, a response will be sent
to you as soon as possible.
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review my
decision under section 28(3) of the Act.
I appreciate that the initial response to this request was due on Tuesday
26 October 2021. I apologise for the delay in getting the response to you.
