NZ Human Rights Abuses
Chuck Schooner (Account suspended) made this Official Information request to Human Rights Commission
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Human Rights Commission should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Chuck Schooner (Account suspended)
Dear Human Rights Commission,
It is now clear that the New Zealand government is pushing New Zealand towards medical apartheid whilst also trampling on the 1993 NZ Human Rights Act and The New Zealand Bill of Rights. Here is what we know.
The survival rate of Covid is over 99%
Vast majority of deaths have at least one serious comorbidity
Median age of death in countries from Covid is higher than life expectancy - 79 average age of death in this country higher than life expectancy
PCR tests should be stopped they have a history of being inaccurate and unreliable
Published by the CDC in May 2020 they stated masks found masks "did not seem to be effective against laboratory-confirmed viral respiratory infections nor against clinical respiratory infection"
Masks damage your health https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article...
Before 2020 no successful vaccine against human coronovirus had ever been developed and no mRNA vaccine had ever been approved
Vaccines do not confer immunity or prevent transmission
Long term effects are unknown from mRNA vaccines
Vaccine passports were being prepared at least a year before the pandemic
Now that we have some verifiable facts provided can the Human Rights Commission please provide the following
- Number of formal complaints against this Labour Government to date
- Number of legal challenges against them
- Any and all correspondence from the Human Rights Commission to the Labour Government about the violation of Human Rights/Bill of Rights/Discrimination amid the laws passed under this medical emergency
- Unequivocally state that having employers/worksafe any agency try to have the public vaccinated effectively through 'coercion' is denounced by the Human Rights Commissioner and sent to all media outlets immediately.
- Also include in this letter than anybody discriminated this way will have unlimited claim to fines exceeding the fine the government is trying to place on businesses for not having vaccinated employees
Yours faithfully,
Chuck Schooner

Extension of time limit to make a decision
On 11 October 2021, you requested information from the Human Rights
Commission (“the Commission”).
The Official Information Act requires that we advise you of our decision
on your request no later than 20 working days after the day we received
your request. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time
limit and we are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the
time to provide the information to you, to Wednesday 24 November 2021.
This extension is necessary because your request necessitates a search
through a large quantity of information and meeting the original time
limit would unreasonably interfere with our operations.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
If you wish to discuss any aspect of your request with us, including this
decision, please feel free to contact me.
