Dear Human Rights Commission,
Please provide any and all legal opinions associated with NZ Human Rights and the proposed global pandemic treaty by the WHO is not a power grab that takes away rights and sovereignty of kiwis by taking centralized control of health. Why on earth would New Zealand sell out its citizens for this.

Response to your request for information
On 11 May 2022, you requested from the Human Rights Commission the
following information:
"Any and all legal opinions associated with NZ Human Rights and the
proposed global pandemic treaty by the WHO".
We understand you are requesting any and all legal opinions held by the
New Zealand Human Rights Commission on proposals by the World Health
Organisation ('WHO') for a convention, agreement or other international
instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, as referred
to in this article

The Human Rights Commission does not hold any legal opinions on this. We
are therefore refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Official
Information Act because the information requested does not exist.
