john luke made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
The request was successful.
From: john luke
Dear Ministry of Health,
I would like to know how can people apply for vacation exemption certificate for medical grounds, religious grounds and any other lawful grounds. What is the current process? Please supply the current process and procedure, any relevant forms etc
As per your record how many of these exemption has been issued.
With the new traffic light system, will people holding the exemption enjoy the same freedom as those who has full vacation card?
Yours faithfully,

A religious objection to the COVID-19 vaccine is not an approved exemption
from immunisation. The process to apply for a temporary medical exemption

health and disability, education, and correctional workforces. Further

Please note you need to update the Ministry and clarify your use of words. You have asked an important question, but unfortunately have made a spelling error.
"Covid vacation" - means a Covid "holiday" rather than your intended use of word "Covid vaccination", to mean covid "jab".
